Burford House Nursing Home are delighted to announce that we will be opening our doors to the community on Saturday 21st April 2018 for Care Home Open Day!

Are you in need of nursing care for yourself or a loved one? Or maybe you are interested to find out what goes on in a care home & meet some of the residents? The residents and staff team here at Burford House are extending you the invitation to come and find out.

Burford House Nursing Home is a charming period house that has been modernly converted and opened as a nursing home in 1992. The home is situated in Chorleywood and has a car park facility at the front of the home.

On the 21st April we will be holding a 'Great Britain in the 60’s' themed tea party. A group called “Tea & Memories” will be in attendance dressed up in 60’s clothes. We are encouraging staff, relatives and visitors to join in the fun and dress up in 60s clothes! English Tea and Cakes with scones and clotted cream will be on offer for all to enjoy. There will be music, clothes, and pictures from the 60’s- please come and join us for an afternoon of fun and reminicense!

You will have the opportunity to take a look around our home, engage with staff and residents and learn more about life at Burford House.
