What are we doing on the 17th June 2016?: 

To embrace this year’s care home open day theme of ‘celebration’. HC-One Residents will be celebrating with a ‘right royal blooming great tea party’. To mark Her Majesty The Queen’s official birthday and in conjunction with our partnership with Marie Curie.

HC-One feels strongly about building links with its local communities and care home open day provides the ideal opportunity to invite the wider community to join in our celebrations.

Situated on a beachfront location in Roker, Sunderland, Falstone Manor and Court Care Home is a purpose built 94 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care.
At Falstone Manor and Court Care Home Residents have a choice of lounge areas which feature comfortable and specially designed furnishings. We have a range of comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms; some of our rooms also have sea views and views across the garden. Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of home cooked, fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
