HC-One the ‘kind care company’ group of care homes are once again embracing Care Home Open Day. We’re always on a mission to build strong links with our local communities and this year’s theme re-enforces that. We’re thrilled to throw open our doors and to welcome members of the local community, community groups, clubs and associations to spend a little time in our homes to gain a greater understanding of the wonderful work our kind, caring colleagues do 24/7, 365 days of the year.

As part of our celebrations and the warm welcome we want to extend to everyone we’ll be offering tours of our homes, the opportunity to meet some of the wonderful Residents who live with us and to find out more about their amazing lives.

Care Home Open Day is loved by so many of our Residents, the day always has a real buzz and is something so many look forward to – a chance to celebrate their life with others. If you could find a few spare moments and join our Residents and colleagues you’d be sure of an HC-One warm welcome!

Situated within a residential area of Hull, East Yorkshire, Kesteven Grange is a purpose built 54 bedded care home offering Dementia, Residential and Respite care.

At Kesteven Grange Care Home Residents have a choice of lounge areas which feature comfortable and specially designed furnishings. We have a range of comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms; some of our rooms also have views across the garden. Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
