What are we doing on the 19th June 2015?: 

Care Home Open Day is now in its third year and on 19th June 2015 Meridian care homes will open their doors and welcome in the local community.

The aim of the day is to build long-lasting links with the community by inviting them in to see all the wonderful things that are happening within our care centres.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘The Arts and Valuing People’. Meridian care centres are getting involved in the ‘Meridian Watercolour Challenge’ to cement their local community links. Each care centre is doing something slightly different and details of our care centre events and times will be on our website, facebook, twitter and circulated on email.

1o why is our care home such a great place?: 

Roby Lodge offers specialist dementia care services. We are located in Huyton next to Roby House off Tarbock Road. We have pleasant lounge and dining areas and have benefited from a large investment into our dementia friendly facilities. A number of our bedrooms now offer patio doors onto gardens and we have a dementia friendly garden space for our residents.
